Original Work I confirm that the logo I am submitting is my own original creation and does not copy or use any copyrighted material. 2. Ownership If my design is selected as the winner, I agree that BYSBA will own the logo and may use it for uniforms, banners, social media, and other promotional materials. 3. Permission to Use I permit BYSBA to use my submitted design (even if it does not win) for promotional purposes, including sharing on social media and showcasing entries. 4. No Extra Compensation I understand that the only prize for the winning design is a free T-shirt and one free BYSBA registration. No additional payment or royalties will be provided. 5. Design Requirements I have followed the contest rules, including: - My logo includes 'BYSBA' in the design - Submitted via email. - I am 10 years old or older. NOTE: Participants under the age of 18 must have a form signed by a parent or legal guardian.
